Students will learn tools and techniques to recognize limiting self talk, mental patterns and the resulting stress response, that Ayurveda demonstrates, is at the root of achieving perfect health, wellness, ultimate freedom and happiness.
Learn and practice tools and techniques such as breathing, specific guided meditation, yoga nidra, facilitation, health coaching questions and worksheets, to understand the nature and processes of the human mind and psyche from the Ayurvedic perspective, in order to break it’s cycle that keeps us stuck and holds us back from our ultimate potential. Transform thought patterns and reactions into powerful vehicles for self healing and rejuvenation and learn how to incorporate these skills into your personal and professional practice, achieving our highest purpose and goals.
Constitutional (dosha) Psychology

Students will demonstrate proficiency in recognizing thought patterns, limiting self talk and its relationship to the stress response and the feedback loop with the nervous system and the functions of the body through guided imagery and yoga nidra practices and completion of worksheets and sharing about their responses.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in determining Ayurvedic constitutional (doshic) psychology with a questionnaire, group experience and discussion.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in facilitating health coaching to re frame obstacles and strategies for positive results utilizing group sharing and work sheets.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing and implementing Ayurvedic analysis and techniques of breathing and specific forms of guided meditation and yoga nidra, with body mapping and drawing to facilitate insights of subtle layers of congestion in the body and mind and transmute them into positive and productive use creating and sharing their insights and completing anchor statements.
