Students will learn tools and techniques to recognize limiting self talk, mental patterns and the resulting stress response, that Ayurveda demonstrates, is at the root of achieving perfect health, wellness, ultimate freedom and happiness.
Learn and practice tools and techniques such as breathing, specific guided meditation, yoga nidra, facilitation, health coaching questions and worksheets, to understand the nature and processes of the human mind and psyche from the Ayurvedic perspective, in order to break it’s cycle that keeps us stuck and holds us back from our ultimate potential. Transform thought patterns and reactions into powerful vehicles for self healing and rejuvenation and learn how to incorporate these skills into your personal and professional practice, achieving our highest purpose and goals.
