Free Cooking Demo, Saturday, February 17, 2018 as part of Gainesville's VegFest
Chaya will be demonstrating how to prepare Ayurveda's signature dish Kitchari, offering her AyurVegan adaptation for the occasion.
Kitchari is Ayurvedic "comfort food" and the "mac & cheese" of India. She will also include Ayurvedic Food Fundamentals and how to modify recipes according to the condition of your digestion.

Cooking Class Schedule
Learn how to cook Ayurvedically with a seasonal, simple, and healthy meal and modify according to your constitutional body type and condition. We will also practice conscious and mindful eating to improve digestion and awareness of our relationship to food.
